Dee is one of our qualified specialist orthodontic nurses, which enables her to be more involved in our patients’ care. She has worked in the industry since 2012 and has been part of our team since 2016.

Dee has recently moved to the seaside and is enjoying her new location, going on sunny coastal walks, and finding new live music venues to try.

Jamie-Leigh is one of our highly skilled dental nurses who’s been part of the practice for 10 years.

Jamie originally came to the practice as a patient herself and loved it so much that she asked to join our team!

You’ll always be greeted by Jamie-Leigh with a big friendly smile on her face.

Waterskiing is a hobby of Jamie’s that has taken her around the world. When the sun is shining, you’ll find her by the water enjoying family time and being outdoors.

Hannah joined Share A Smile 5 years ago as a Dental Nurse and later became a Qualified Specialist Orthodontic Nurse and Treatment Coordinator. This means you may see her from the very first appointment to the very last.

Hannah is full of trivial conversation, so if you’re in a rush, don’t stop to chat, as you may never get away! 

When she is not updating the Share A Smile social media, you can find her at the gym or planning her travels around the globe!

Treatment Coordinator

Gail joined Share A Smile Orthodontics in 2006. As a teenager, Dr Ferreira transformed her smile, and ever since then, she has been passionate about the work he does and loves now being part of his incredible team.

Seeing the beautiful smiles that are created on a daily basis is the most fulfilling aspect of her job. Every new patient becomes part of the Share A Smile family.

Outside work, she is usually out exploring wonderful new places with her family.

Receptionist / Dental Monitoring Coordinator

Sinead has worked with us for over 11 years.  Working in various roles currently Dental Monitoring Co-Ordinator and Reception.

Sinead enjoys socialising and spending time with her family and friends.

Sinead loves meeting new patients and seeing the transformation and confidence grow with their treatment.

Listen out for Sinead’s cheesy one-liners – “Keep Smiling”, which makes you smile whether you like it or not.

Receptionist / Nurse

Carol is our clinically trained nurse receptionist; she has been part of our team since 2012. 

Therefore, you will see her in various areas of our practice. Carol is also our First Aider and has a qualification in Childcare and Education, working with special needs children in the past.

Carol keeps herself busy working out at the gym and loves to spend her time with her recently blessed granddaughters—a keen traveller who likes to experience different cultures and scenery.

Receptionist

Rona is our longest-serving member of staff and has been welcoming our patients at Share A Smile for over 20 years.

Her three children have all been treated by Heinrich, so she has firsthand experience of the patient’s journey from a parent and professional perspective and is always happy to talk through any questions you may have.

Outside of work, Rona is a serial shopper and socialiser and is happy to give any advice on these subjects too!

Practice Manager

Gary is the practice manager at Share A Smile Orthodontics. Gary joined the team in July 2016. In this role, he is responsible for our patients’ orthodontic treatment journey, compliance with the significant regulation associated with clinical practice, and managing the fantastic and brilliant Share A Smile team.

Gary is particularly proud of the teamwork at Share A Smile Orthodontics and the positive feedback we constantly receive from our patients.

In his spare time, Gary is a family man and enjoys good company and exploring new places and destinations.

Orthodontic Therapist

Gemma Is Our Orthodontic therapist who works closely under Henrich and has been treating patients since 2011.

Gemma and Henrich’s journey started way back when she was a teenager undergoing treatment. Later in life, she joined the practice as a nurse in 2009 and went on to university under Henrich’s mentorship to complete her orthodontic therapy qualification.

Gemma is a keen reader and Mother of 2 boys. She likes to spend her time out of work socialising with friends and family when not on the sidelines of a football pitch - that is!

Dental Hygienist

Anita is our Hygienist and brings over eight years of experience working in the Dental field. She is very patient and understanding and always strives to put nervous patients at ease. She is passionate about Dentistry and is determined to help every patient achieve optimum dental health.

Outside of dentistry, Anita enjoys keeping fit, reading, listening to podcasts and experiencing new cultures through travelling.
